How do I start new utility service?

To start new service  please complete an Application for Membership The following must be received by Customer Service before service will be turned on:

  • Completed application
  • Deposit
  • Photo ID
  • Supplemental Users Agreement for rental property

How do I stop Utility Service?

Fill out Stop Utility Service form found and bring in a copy of your photo ID. 

How can I pay my bill?
  1. Online
  2. Automatic Bank Withdrawal: Fill out the bank draft form and attach a voided check. Draft will be set up the following month, payments will be drafted on the 15th of every month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, the draft date will be posted on the following Monday. Balance must be paid in full to set up Automatic Bank Withdrawal. All changes to the customer’s automatic bank withdrawal have to be completed before the 1st of each month. Any changes after this date will be effective on the next month’s billing.
  3. Dropbox: on the south side of the civic center. It is checked on a daily basis. If the due date falls on a Friday or weekend, you must have your payment in the box by 8am on the following Monday morning in order to avoid a penalty.
  4. In Person: office during business hours.
  5. By Mail: please allow seven (7) calendar days for us to receive it. To insure proper credit. Please include your payment stub or account number with payment. PO Box 240, Piedmont, OK  73078.
